1. Overview

MY PRO COACH ("App") is a fitness coaching management application developed for personal trainers (coaches) and their clients (students). This privacy policy explains what personal data is collected, processed, and stored when you use the app.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and account type (coach or student).

2.2 Coach–Student Relationship

Coaches add and manage students within the app. This relationship includes storing student lists and assigned plans.

2.3 Meal Photos

Students may upload meal photos. These photos may be processed for AI analysis and shared with their coach.

2.4 Progress Photos

Users may upload body photos to track their progress. These photos may be analyzed using artificial intelligence.

2.5 Body Measurements

Weight, body fat percentage, and other body measurements are entered manually by the user and stored for progress tracking.

2.6 Messages

In-app messages between coaches and students are stored and can only be viewed by the relevant parties.

2.7 Apple Health / HealthKit and Health Connect Data

With user permission, MY PRO COACH accesses the following data from Apple Health / HealthKit on iOS and Health Connect on Android for read-only purposes:

• Step Count
• Active Energy (Active Energy Burned)
• Distance (Walking/Running Distance)

This data is used solely for daily activity tracking within the app. HealthKit and Health Connect data:

• Is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.
• Is not sold or shared with third-party services.
• Is only read with the user's explicit permission.

2.8 AI Analyses

Uploaded meal and progress photos may be analyzed by AI models. These analyses provide estimated results for informational purposes only. AI analyses do not constitute medical advice.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Managing coach–student relationships
• Creating and tracking workout and diet plans
• Progress analysis and reporting
• AI-powered nutrition and progress analyses
• Daily activity tracking (HealthKit and Health Connect integration)
• In-app communication

4. Data Security

User data is protected with industry-standard security measures. Data is encrypted in transit and protected against unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

MY PRO COACH retains user data only for as long as it is necessary to operate the app and provide the services.

While a user account is active, profile information, app preferences, workout records, nutrition and meal records, body measurements, progress records, uploaded images, in-app messages, and other user data required to provide the app's core functionality may be stored.

When a user requests deletion of their account, personal and operational data directly associated with the account, and content created by the user, are deleted from active systems or irreversibly anonymized.

To the extent applicable for the account type, deletion includes the following data:

• User account and profile information
• Workout and nutrition records and assigned plans
• Meal, progress, or similar images uploaded by the user
• Body measurements and progress records
• Messages written by the user
• Notifications
• Other operational app data that belongs to the user

Messages written by another user, and records that belong to that other user, are not automatically removed when your account is deleted.

Deleting a coach account does not delete student accounts or students’ tracking, health, membership, or payment records.

Some limited data may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, preserve financial records, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, or protect audit and system integrity. No fixed numeric retention period is used, and data is not kept longer than needed. Records that may be kept include payment and transaction records, subscription or purchase verification records, membership transaction history, and security or audit records. Name, email, or phone details that are no longer needed may be removed from these records.

Data that temporarily remains in technical backups may be automatically deleted over time as part of the standard backup cycle and is not used as active user data during that period.

MY PRO COACH does not retain personal data longer than necessary once it is no longer needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or maintain security.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by:

• Using the in-app account deletion feature
• Visiting the account deletion request page
• Contacting the support/contact address stated in this privacy policy: imatgokaslan@gmail.com

When an account is deleted, personal data that is no longer necessary to retain in connection with that account is also included in the deletion process.

6. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
