Account Deletion Request

Delete in the app

To delete your account from the app:

Open the My Pro Coach app.
Go to Profile → Delete Account.
Enter your current password.
Confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

From your registered email address, send a message to support@codewhitesky.com with the subject "My Pro Coach Hesap Silme Talebi". This is a support alternative to in-app deletion; you can also delete your account in the app.

After deletion completes

Your login account is closed.
You cannot sign in again with that account.
Personal and operational data tied to the account is deleted according to your account type.
Files you uploaded are removed.

Member or student account

When a member or student account is deleted, the following data that belongs to you is removed:

Account and profile information
Measurements and personal tracking records
Meal, activity, and posture content
Assigned workout and nutrition plans
Messages you wrote
Images and files you uploaded
Your notifications

Coach account

When a coach account is deleted, the coach account, profile, templates, showroom, and content owned by the coach are removed. Student accounts are not deleted. Students’ health and progress records, membership, and payment history remain.

Messages

Messages you wrote are deleted. Messages written by the other participant may remain in their account. This does not mean the entire conversation is removed for both people.

Records that may be kept

Some records may be kept for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or system integrity. They are not kept forever. Name, email, or phone details that are no longer needed may be removed from these records.

Payment and transaction records
Subscription and purchase verification records
Membership transaction history
Security and fraud-prevention records
Audit and system-integrity records
