1. Service Description

MY PRO COACH ("App") is a mobile application that digitizes the fitness coaching process between personal trainers (coaches) and their students. The App offers features such as workout planning, diet tracking, progress analysis, messaging, and AI-assisted meal analysis.

2. Account Types

2.1 Coach Account

Coaches can add students to the app, create workout and diet plans, track progress, monitor payment status, and message their students.

2.2 Student Account

Students follow the workout and diet plans assigned by their coach, submit meal photos, record body measurements, and stay in contact with their coach.

3. AI Analyses

The App may analyze uploaded meal photos and progress photos with AI models. Calorie estimates, nutrition values, and progress assessments provided as a result of these analyses are for informational purposes only.

AI analyses:

• Do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Contain estimated results and do not guarantee accuracy.
• Do not replace a professional dietitian or healthcare provider.

4. Health and Fitness Responsibility

MY PRO COACH is not a healthcare provider. The App:

• Does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Does not issue nutrition prescriptions or medication recommendations.
• Does not replace professional healthcare that users may need based on their health.

Users should consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or diet program.

5. Apple Health / HealthKit and Health Connect Use

With user permission, MY PRO COACH reads step count, active energy, and distance data from Apple Health / HealthKit on iOS and Health Connect on Android. This data:

• Is used only for daily activity tracking inside the App.
• Is not used for advertising or marketing.
• Is not sold or shared with third parties.

6. Payment Tracking

The App offers a simple payment-tracking feature so coaches can follow student payments. MY PRO COACH does not process payments, act as a payment intermediary, or assume financial responsibility. Payment tracking is only for the coach to manage their own records.

7. User Content

Photos, messages, and other content uploaded by users are the users’ responsibility. MY PRO COACH does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of uploaded content.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Account deletion may be requested in the App or through the contact address. Personal and operational data associated with the account is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, financial records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or audit.

9. Changes

These terms of use may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
